We have three cottages to rent they are;

Crystal Cottage, 1 bedroom sleeps 2; the cottage rents from £125-350, depending on the duration, either long-weekend, mid-week break or a full week, and the booking season

The Bothy, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4; the cottage rents from £175-500, depending on the duration, either  long-weekend, mid-week break or a full week, and the booking season

Pine Lodge, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6; the cottage rents from £225-600, depending on the duration, either long-weekend, mid-week break or a full week, and the booking season

General
The cottages featured on our web-site are offered for let on a weekly basis, weekend and or for a mid-week break arriving 4 p.m. on the date of arrival to 10 a.m. on the date of departure, unless otherwise stated, subject to the Hiring Terms and Conditions detailed here. Please note that the prices may be subject to change and do not necessarily infer availability. The only variation on the max sleeping number is a child under two we do have a travelling cot with linen available. All our cottages are “No Smoking”

Equipment & Cottage Information
Full towels and bed linen are provided generally including bathrobes but not including toiletries. Each property is furnished and equipped to cater for the stated permitted occupancy and also includes pots and pans, glasses, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board, Hoover, hairdryer, electric mixer and juicer. Major items of domestic equipment are listed in individual property details. If however, there is anything of particular importance, please check with us beforehand and we will endeavour to cater. Video, DVD and Sky Free view are available in the properties. Most cooking basics are provided i.e. salt, pepper, oil, herbs, tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll etc. In many areas of rural Scotland water is by private supply and as it comes through peaty ground it can be occasionally slightly coloured. All our properties have a full filtration system and UV to ensure that the water is safe for drinking. All properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let. However, as only a limited period of time is available we would appreciate it if you could leave the property and its contents clean and tidy. Price includes; electricity and gas and logs where appropriate.

Pets
Pets, when they belong to responsible owners, are welcome and must be agreed beforehand but restricted to 1 per cottage an additional supplement of £10 will be charged. Remember this is a farm and we do have sheep and cows so care and common sense is a requirement and must be observed. Please bring your pets own basket/blanket as well as their towels and feeding bowls. Obviously pets are not allowed on furniture or beds as other people who hire the cottages may have allergies.

Booking your Holiday
We like to discuss individual guest’s requirements to ensure they stay in the best cottage to suit their needs. Once you have made your provisional reservation, confirm your booking by sending appropriate payment to the address above to arrive with us within five days. This will ensure prompt attention to your booking. You may also contact us by e-mail if you have any further questions.

Paying for your Holiday
We have tried to make paying for your holiday as simple as possible. The initial payment is 50% of the total hire charge and may be paid by cheque or bank transfer made out to “The MacQuarrie Campbell Partnership".  We do have a facility with PAYPAL but there will be an additional charge of 4% to use this facility. The balance of the hire charge is payable no later than six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, if you are booking within six weeks of the start of your holiday, payment in full is required.  Cancellation policy; up to 8 weeks before booked break 50% refund, 4 weeks before booked break 25% refund, thereafter no refund.

Booking from Overseas
Overseas visitors are most welcome and because of the difficulties distance can impose we allow up to seven days for bookings to be confirmed from the date a reservation is made, payments should be made by bank transfer in Sterling. Any bank charges incurred will be payable by you.

Complaints
It is important to us that you enjoy your holiday and time at Frenich Farm and we have made every effort to ensure this. However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the property, you must speak to us and or Jack, "The Entertainments Manager", so that we can rectify the problem.
